My name is Michele and I am the proud mom to triplets AND a first grade teacher! I began my teaching career in 2000 after working on Madison Avenue in New York City at an advertising agency right out of college. Coming from a family full of teachers, I wanted to arrive at the notion that teaching was where my heart was on my own. Needless to say, it didn't take too long! I am a proud recipient of a Masters in Elementary Education from Queens College.
I am also the mommy to triplet girls who happen to be in first grade this year. How cool is that? My students love hearing about my girls. They relate to them. They want to play with them. They want to meet them! Too cute!
So, as I juggle the many arenas in my life, I strive to be the best mother and teacher that I can be. They go hand in hand - and I hold many hands.
